Safe Haven Basketball Champions Division Starts December 3rd – New UWS Locations!
Passing along an email from Ken McGrory, man in charge:
The CHAMPIONS DIVISION of the Safe Haven West Side Basketball League will officially begin on Saturday DECEMBER 3rd, 2011. ALL PRACTICES & GAMES ARE PLAYED ON SATURDAYS.
***** This year, for the first time, parents can register their child online for Safe Haven. Please go to www.safehavenhoops.org for further information about the league and to register on line.*****
The school that we have played at in previous years is not available this year because of weekend construction beginning at that location. Therefore, we are moving to two different locations for this season. Please read carefully below. If you have any questions, please contact me (Ken) 917 592 9665 or Rhonda.

There are different skill sets involved and we want your child to get the best experience, skill building and learning the structured parts of playing basketball – and of course, HAVE FUN !!

Special needs baseball, basketball, and soccer leagues added to Websites and Resources!
I can’t believe it took me so long to put up our favorite sports leagues on Wesbites and Resources. I guess we’re so busy playing in them that I forgot about advertising them, plus I almost hate to let the cat out of the bag.
Soccer is wrapping up today, basketball season starts December 3rd, and baseball registration opens up Dec. 1st for the Spring 2012 season. See my previous posts or go to Websites and Resources for more info on all of these amazing leagues!
