The New 1115 Waiver: What’s It All About?
New York State’s developmental disabilities service system is going to change radically! The Office for People with Developmental Disabilities is designing a new Medicaid 1115 waiver—a funding mechanism that will change how services are funded and delivered. Every one of us will be affected! Come learn about this new waiver from the experts—Al Kaplan and Judy DeIasi. Al Kaplan, Senior Policy Advisor for AHRC, was formerly Deputy Director of the NYS Division of the Budget. Judy DeIasi is Associate Executive Director of AHRC. We are privileged to have two such knowledgeable, experienced presenters! This is one meeting you can’t afford to miss!
